JACOB DID NOT WAIT FOR 7 OR 14 YEARS BEFORE LEAH/ RACHEL WERE GIVEN TO HIM. HE TOOK BOTH WIVES IMMEDIATELY.

Many Christians thought that Jacob worked seven years for Laban, realized that Laban deceived him to marry Leah, and then worked seven more years before finally getting married to Rachel. However the bible shows that he took both Leah and Rachel immediately before he began serving Laban. For clarity, I advise you to read this Jacob's story in other translations of the Bible aside King James Version (KJV). Meanwhile lets look at look at some of the facts from the Bible: (Genesis 29:21 KJV) And Jacob said unto Laban, Give me my wife, for my days are fulfilled, that I may go in unto her. Please note that the 7 years of service required of Jacob were the total dowry and not the customary waiting period before a wife was given to the groom. In other words, Jacob took Leah after the customary waiting period which was a couple of days just like we read in vs 21. 2 KINGS 3:27: THE INDIGNATION AGAINST ISRAEL WHEN THE KING OF MOAB BURNT A HUMAN BEING WAS NOT FROM GOD

One of the famous stories in the Bible is this story that was recorded in the book of 2 Kings chapter 3. The controversy in the story is in verse 27 where the Bible recorded that there was great indignation against Israel after the King of Moab made a burnt offering of a human being on the wall. (2 Kings 3:27 KJV) Then he took his eldest son that should have reigned in his stead, and offered him for a burnt offering upon the wall. And there was great indignation against Israel: and they departed from him, and returned to their own land.  Many believe that it was God that raised an indignation against Israel. However, it could not have been God as God could not have accepted human sacrifice going by His nature. JESUS SAID YOU MUST BE “BORN FROM ABOVE” NOT "BORN AGAIN"?

The term " Born Again Christian " is used to describe anyone that has received Jesus Christ as his/her personal Lord and Saviour. One who believes in Jesus Christ and one who has been regenerated through the agent of the Holy Spirit. The phrase "born again" can be seen in John chapter 3 in King James Version (KJV) and most other English Bible Versions. (John 3:3 KJV) Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again , he cannot see the kingdom of God.  (John 3:3 CEV)  "Jesus replied, "I tell you for certain that you must be born from above before you can see God's kingdom!"  The Greek phrase is gennēthē anōthen which generally means "begotten from above" or "born from above". THE WORD "BIBLE"

The word “Bible” comes from the Greek word τὰ βιβλία, tà biblía which means “ the books ”.  The word derived from the old city of Byblos (sometimes spelled Biblos ) in Phoenicia in Lebanon, since it was the main supplier of papyrus (paper) to the ancient world. DO CHRISTIANS WORSHIP THREE GODS?

When Christians worship God (the Father), Jesus (God the Son) and the Holy Spirit (God the Spirit), non Believers accuse them of worshipping three Gods. Are they right in this accusation? Do Christians worship three Gods? What does the Bible say? The Bible says the Lord our God is one. In other words, there is only one true God. This is the same God that Christians worship. (Deuteronomy 6:4 AMP) “Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one [the only God]! The Bible also tells us through the words of Jesus, that God is invisible and that God desires that those that worship Him must worship Him in His invisible [Spirit] state as well as in His visible [reality] state, which the Bible called truth. WHY BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT IS UNPARDONABLE

In my previous post, I explained what it means to blaspheme against the Holy Spirit. You can read the post  here . Jesus stated in Matthew 12:31 and Mark 3:28-29 that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit cannot be forgiven. The question is why wouldn't blasphemy against the Holy Spirit be forgiven considering that Jesus died for the sins of all mankind and is willing to forgive anyone that truly repents and believes in Him. WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE FATHER, THE SON AND THE HOLY GHOST IN THE NEW TESTAMENT?

We read in Matthew 28:19 " Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost " Notice the use of singular "name" in this verse, and yet it is referring to 3 persons. The disciples or Apostles who all knew Jesus personally recognized the name of the father. Jesus is the name of the father.  John 5:43 says ,  " I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive ."  So they baptized "In the name of the father" which is Jesus.  And everybody there knew that Jesus was the name of the son .  Matthew 1:21 says,  " And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins."   Lastly, what is the name of the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit?  John 14:26 says,  " But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, h...
